We serve customers who are attracted to and desire a 19th century style home. We build this style either in exterior appearance only, or throughout the home. We provide authenticity in appearance, quality of construction, and personal attention to detail. We utilize historic home plans which can be modified to address your particular style of living, while preserving the distinctive look of an old home. We can also construct a unique historic design around your desired interior layout.

We seek homeowners who are attracted to these older styles, but do not want the necessary rehabilitation or upkeep of an existing old home. Our customers may not want to live within the inherent structural limitations or confines of 19th century construction. Yet they want the difference, the ambiance, and the look of a period home. We also seek homeowners who wish to infill a historically authentic new home into an existing older neighborhood.
