What We Offer

Manchester Victorians LLC offers a complete design and service team, and the customer can choose which elements of the team to engage in building their 19th century style home.

· Original plan design, plan modifications, architectural or structural engineering, interior layout and space planning by KSF Architects
· Painting, interior layout design and interior decorating consultation by House to Home Interiors of Manchester
· Real estate and realtor assistance with land purchase and sale of current home
· Construction loan and permanent financing through our partner bank, United Bank & Trust-Washtenaw
· Direct involvement with our partner suppliers and subcontractors in design of home systems such as heating, electrical and plumbing

We maintain a resource database and library of historic home plans, and suppliers of period building materials, for your reference during the design and construction. We can also work with your plans or photographs.

Our homes utilize current building codes and modern materials, chosen both for authentic appearance and low maintenance. We work to provide modern conveniences while preserving an old-style appearance.

Another important aspect of our product line is attention to disability accessibility in design. We want our customers to enjoy their old style home for as long as possible, and also maximize the potential resale value of the home. Our homes are offered to customers with an emphasis on exterior and interior accessibility, whether implemented in the core design, or by providing for future ease of installation.

We also offer 19th century style outbuildings, including post-and-beam barns, gazebos, and garden sheds.
